He has been the CEO of the company since 2015, and he is currently leading the company through a significant transformation process, which is both technological and cultural. Casper in Finnish, but he has international experience from, but he has international experience from Goldman Sachs, Citibank and UBS from London, New York, Stockholm and Frankfurt.

Tine has 31 years of financial services experience. Madis Toomsalu is heading LHV Group, the largest domestic financial group in Estonia founded in 1999. Recently LHV established a branch in London to position itself even more as a new generation bank and as a link between traditional banking and new generation fintech services. The bank already works with UK-headquartered online money transfer service TransferWise, whose co-founders are Estonian, and the cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase.
